There Is Gap Between Domestic and Foreign Jaw Crusher

With the further research of the domestic and foreign experts for the jaw crusher, people have put forward higher requirements for the performance of the jaw crusher. This makes the structure of the crusher perfect and improves equipment performance. The parameters matching is more rationalize. With the wide application of the jaw crusher to a crushing equipment in various industries such as metallurgy, coal preparation, mines and other industries. For example, in terms of cavity design, most of the domestic jaw crusher is straight cavity shape.At present, many domestic manufacturers and design units rely on their experience or refer to the design parameters of the foreign crusher to produce and design the crushing machine. They do not form their own equipment design concepts. Compared with the design philosophy of the foreign-crushing equipment, there is a big gap between the crushing equipment in China and foreign countries in terms of simulating dynamic runtime analysis test.
